um did you really think they were going to allow everyone to make 140k per year? did you really think that 75-95k growth number you received was not going to change? since systagenix took over they have never had one straight quarter of consistent numbers let alone a whole year! remember history repeats itself and SWM history has not been good for sales reps.

so where are all the rah rah cheerleadres now? good luck making more than your salary with this shit sandwich they just jammed down your throat.

Listen lady I admire your willingness to be positive and the fact that you believe so much in managment. However at some point you need to wake the fuck up and be realistic. What just occured is not ok and should never happen to ANY company!
 
























I have been very positive since I've come here and have done very well. This is my first post here but I confess to reading now and then. What they are pulling is an outrage and they are basically telling us that they don't value us and don't give a damn if we leave. After last year I'm baffled they are doing this especially with all of the exciting things coming. I have worked 10 plus hour days and have grown my business and always did my SFDCom. Now my energies will go to finding a new job and I'm sure I'm not alone. They couldn't leave well enough alone and then made up reasons why they were going to take food off our tables. Hey Quincy, we have families! This place sure isn't a family. How sad! The good reps will all leave and they can fulfill their wishes and hire pharma reps at an 85k total package. Where was our VP of sales? I always liked and supported him but he could have had the decency to deliver the message.

I too am looking for info before my interview. Its funny how these reps all bitch on here yet not one has the balls to explain what just happened. I bet nothing happened at all because if something did and it was as serious as somebody said it was then more people would be on here talking about it.
 


















What company takes open territory quotas and adds it to all the reps in the sales force since they are not back filling those open slots? This is reason 1,982 why Systagenix sucks a fat pecker!

So much for making 25k "just for waking up and doing your job" as one asshole put it. Less than 15 people are making money and with this latest shit even less people will make anything.
