How are those burn centers responding to SNA? I've been hearing this crap for over 2 years now, funny I still haven't seen any results!!! Anyone really close any home health business? No, they haven't. There are NO numbers to suggest anyone has. This initiative was launched back in Dallas how long ago now? (sweet meeting by the way) Its just not happening, no matter how many reps lie thru their teeth.

Now, to pay people a spiff based on this crap is just plain wrong, stupid, and typical of Systagenix.

Wow you nailed that on the head! I cant wait to track all the account these people listed to see how many of those accounts actually order and they get called out for it. All the winners were the leaders of the regions they are in and making money. Thanks for helping the people who needed it. I am above plan and STILL OWE FUCKING MONEY!!! Maybe I will see a check by next summer.

People are killing it in home health! You just have to sell tielle. Don't give up on this important segment. Our business depends on it. SFDC will show the way, that and tielle.

I think not, its so sad.

With 2011 right around the corner, I think its time to move on from the 1990's Quincy. Plus, you can still buy this crap in any CVS, Walgreens, Duane Reade, etc. without having to rape and pillage your patient's wallet.... or better yet, our Medicare system!!!

p.s- the new Systagenix website sucks. As does the new marketing campaign. I could've found better ideas in my dirty underpants. Big mistake ridding a real marketing team when you had one. (however, we are laughing about this over cocktails every week)

Some will majority will not. My brilliant manager had the balls to tell us the winners were going to close more than 100k in new sales in the 4th quarter alone! Absolute hogwash! They better track every one of those accounts and if they dont pan out and people who told the truth about new business they closed but lost out on the money to the liars they better make them pay it back. After all that is the Systagenix way! "Oh here is a guarantee but you have to pay it back"...

Would you blame the manager if they did? Its kind of hard to pay bills when you dont make any money. Its not just the reps who owe money and are not making anything! Sorry we didnt get into sales for just a base salary.

How do you all feel about the new account conversion tool? Do you feel it will keep us aligned to move business? Does anyone have any tips for selling tielle? I have really struggled with that this year. Noone seems to care about it.

Conversion tool? Really pal??? We are talking about real issues here, not getting a check this week, not seeing a comp check for months and you bring up a spreadsheet that is basic account information that every decent rep should collect anyway.

What part of Tielle being 20 years old do you not understand? It needs to be rebranded and renamed. Hydropolymer is cool but its not "new" technology. Its like the zach morris cell phone of foams... haha.
 






Maybe if you sold tielle you wouldn't be in overpayment and you would begetting commision checks. Look at the top reps, they are leveraging tielle and bringing home rocking checks. Tielle is the key to the promised land.
