First year in my med device career I will not hit 100k in earnings. Dreadful. Tielle sucks. Most other products good-very good. Adaptic touch could be great.

I bet we do a ton more in bioclusive than tielle. Do you think it has registered back in Quincy that tielle is a disappointment?

This was the worst year financially for me since my first job out of college. Disgusting. Not just us my friend, there are many other reps in this boat. Clearly us reps are not the problem as many reps didnt make plan or even come close. If only a few reps were not making money then you can blame the sales force but that is not the case.

Quincy knows they screwed up and they gave us a great comp plan and quota for next year. For many of us it is too late. The damage is done. Once the new year starts next week the managers are going to micro manage the reps worse than ever on a daily basis. On top of that many reps are starting the year in the hole and have to pay back money before they will ever see a bonus check. That is a real shit sandwich to chomp on to start the year. Expect departures the first few months. Happy new year.

Stop with all the crying life is not fair bullshit. They gave us shitty goals last year. Most didn't make any money, but some did. Quincy knows they screwed up and JP stuck his neck out to make sure they didn't do it again. Are there some managment members who suck? Yeah!! But there are some reps who suck as well. Using the excuse "our goals where to high". Just admit your drive was too low, not that your goal was to high. I think with the exception of MC that everyone made less than we expected to make when we joined this team! But man I am excited about 2011 we have new products, new gpo status, aggressive pricing, and absolutely obtainable goals! Anyone who leaves now has no drive and no vision so good riddens! We are a better stronger team without you!

Do any reps actually believe sfdc is help full at all? Even just a little? The way I see it, its a huge waste of time. Looking through the reports the ones who use it the most have the worst sales numbers. Hmmm?? So how the hell is this good for us again??? List out anything good or bad about it. SFDC is just a pain in the ass, not a true sales tool. It is all about knowing where you are and who you are talking to. Micro management at its finest. Until there are sales numbers loaded in SFDC that we can review based on each account it is just a tracking tool. Dont forget to have 25 calls loaded!!!
