Advanced surgery is a complete disaster. Management does absolutely NOTHING. They bring NO VALUE. Our back orders are ridiculous and out of control and we can’t blame COVID or Manufacturing supply issues on China anymore. Congo’s/Tabley is useless. No one is held accountable for our platforms such as Tableu or Congo’s never working correctly. The sales force has no valid responses to customers eta as to why back order are happening or when they will be resolved. No one does there job in this division except the sales force and that is amazing considering we can’t sell but half of our portfolio most times because of back orders. Seriously GET IT TOGETHER!

Mike Miller is better off where he’s at. He was always better than CC but wasn’t a brownnoser and didn’t kiss ass every chance he got. Had integrity and knew how to sell.
