Seeing will be believing. But will it finally be a good change or a change for the sake of change?Change is coming..

John's reputation is pretty solid. The Medtronic reps we know we're disappointed he was leaving, which a much better sign than when Vince showed up. Plus their sales model is more closely aligned to ours.So what’s everyone think about the new VP of Sales coming in? Is this a new direction or more of the same old shit?

But to assume he can come in and fix this might be asking too much. Our limitations haven't changed. We have no new products in the pipeline since we have limited R&D, our marketing is in shambles and our competition, which is the same as John's at Medtronic, has the contractual upper hand. Can we continue to chip away? Probably. But we need more than a new VP of Sales to get out of the hole we're in.
More likely the guy comes in to gather the VP title and do not…hing… then move on to the next job in another company and repeat the process again…John's reputation is pretty solid. Just think the alternative could have been Conicelli-let’s keep doing the same thing for years and expect different results.More likely the guy comes in to gather the VP title and do not…hing… then move on to the next job in another company and repeat the process again…
Seen that so many times and 0 outcome out of it… you do not need a VP but need to listen to people in touch with reality and more likely know what the problems are and what to fix to make the numbers…
Another monkey who will waste everybody’s time for another 12 months… and the leave…
Conicelli was interviewed for the VP position for the second time and was rejected again. Any self-respecting person would call it a day.Just think the alternative could have been Conicelli-let’s keep doing the same thing for years and expect different results.
