Suck a fat one, Conicelli...

With Rick's announcement, this means CC is the last man standing.
This organization is now completely devoid of leadership. Who's laughing, I mean crying, now?

Rick leaving is a big loss to the team. Baxter has a way of pushing out their best and keeping spineless leaders who don’t care about anyone but themselves. I’m happy for Rick but not happy for the rest of us.

Now Vince is surrounded by spineless leaders on his team without Rick. He was the only good one. They don’t care about us and all tell Vince what he wants to hear.

It’s only gonna get worse folks, 'cause Vince is gonna fill that spot with someone who's gonna stroke his ego big time.
Vince will take one or both of the open ASD roles outside. He doesn’t value the managers here enough to move them up. What does this say about growth opportunities here? Vince wants ass kissers, plain and simple.

RW is leaving because of Vince. RW knows that the quotas are unattainable this year. The comp plans a disaster and no one will make money this year. Vince only cares about swag and his ego.

Don’t think RW left cause of Vince. I think he stayed longer than he planned to because of Vince.
Part of Rick's decision was directly tied to Vince. He stayed when Meg left because he thought Steve, Iftekhar and Vince would follow through on their word. But as we continued to shit the bed with all the backorders, the 10mL debacle, Mt. Carmel and then having to cover half the country, it wore Rick down. The same questions and problems not getting solved was added to Vince's complete lack of understanding of our business. Vince is stuck in his old school ortho ways and he refuses to learn how our business really works. Yes, his drive is good but it doesn't line up with surgeons and the way Baxter as whole does business. We're not selling to one subset of surgeons and he simply doesn't get it. So yes, Rick said enough was enough.
