Thats not a bunch of crap, there is more than one person saying this "crap" because Reckitt Benckiser does suck and so does chris, pat and shaun. They let it happen and so they suck! Be ready to meet your maker and have a good excuse for the way you treated people!!

Wise up. You are being fed a bunch of b.s. and eating it up, just like most eveyone who gets sucked in. Scores of people are coming on here, because they want the truth to be known. They continue to see and hear about things happening that should have been stopped a long time ago. Its beyond any industry standard. There are many of us here, get it and we have moved on quite nicely. I can see that its a complete shock to you that some of us are actually caring, kind people, who don't want anyone else to go through what we did. Whoa, reps that aren't self centered. How refreshing is that. Yes, its no surprise to me that you can't wrap your brain around that. Its damn disgusting to see that good people in this company, with the ability to confront the b.s., continue to be shit on. You utter one word of truth about whats really going on here and you will be blackballed so fast, you ass will smoke all the way out the door. Thats why people won't tell the truth, they are scared to death, having watched the monthly exodus of employees from here. I'm considering interviewing. I've heard a lot of both sides now, reading this. Can anyone tell me what its like on a day to day basis? Should I pursue this?

Yep. Here we go - it's deal makin' time. Our lovely VP of Sales left Pfizer for DAS. Why do you think they rolled out bucket targets and reach & frequency for a disease state? To make RB look like a fat, sassy company on paper. Actually, it would be much better at this point to work for a big pharma militant like Pfizer than for RB. At least the benefits would be better - unless they lay everyone off, which is what usually happens. Can't wait for this...

They are just under a different thread now. Click on the 'Publicis Selling Solutions' thread and you will find several others threads for RB. Most of the posts are still there for people who are looking for info.

There used to be a separate thread for RB on this board; really strong stuff; it was removed months ago when PSS was doing that expansion hiring.
Yeah, well there is some current stuff that was removed and its no shock to the 60 or more people who've left this company in the past 3 years. If you are considering employment, spare yourself some serious misery. Most managers here have little to no experience and they suck, big time.

Right on. For those of you who are happy here, hey stay that way. For those of you who are getting the shit end of the stick, do your best to take that stick and ram it up the butt of the manager or his kiss ass/covering it up fav- rep. This history here is that the managers will tell you they hear you, will do something and nothing ever happens. If they are the problem, then go above the dogs. Don't let it continue to happen. These fleabags need to go. Put it in writing, send it to HR, get it in their files, get the word out to all upper management, if you have to write a letter to the CEO.
its amazing to me, that they are actually doing managers trainings now. this is progress. Now, will they be tracking those managers?
i have an interview with RB coming up this week. is there anyone out there that thinks its a good idea to work for this company? what is a reasonable salary to expect?
