The negative and vicious posts require great energy and time to write. Sounds like someone who has been rejected (too bad you couldn't cut it).
People who work at RB are very happy and proud of their product and company.
The people here are treated fairly, and paid well.
Many people interview with hopes of signing on - only the best are hired and only the best are kept.
I feel sorry for you negative losers out there!! Hope you find something else to do with your time -- other than hanging on to your past history and writing on this thread.

I guess that goes the same for you...loser!! why are you here, reading all this negative stuff..If pat knew she'd hand you your walking papers! Oh and by the way, there are alot of CL's still on that aren't "the best" as you put it. They just know how to kiss ass alot better than others. Pat is not who you think she is. Believe me, been there done that. She will stab you in the back if Chris or Shaun tell her to. It doenst matter how nice she is to your face. Believe me she has done it before and she'll do it again! All of the above is accurate. Call it what you want, but it all happened, continues to happen and once you are in this hell hole, just remember, you were forewarned. Money and status is all that the majority of the people who stay with this company seek. There are a few exceptions, but give it some time, and they will leave, because the uglys will make it so awful, they won't be able to stand it. Selfish, nasty, and greedy as hell, many of these new reps screwed over the senior reps, all in exchange for a promotion or whatever they could get out of their new and equally loathsome manager. Most are so busy covering their assess, rewarding a rep to cover their assess, there is in no way any sort of managing, let alone selling going on. Honestly, was that little bonus, tidbit of recognition worth fucking over the people who got you were you are today? Hang your head, you pig. Judgement day is sooner than you thought and you will be held accountable in that court. Any success in this company, will be due to the medications worth, not these selfish hicks of a sales team or their managers. God help the newcomer who tries to come in a break this "CODE". You should all be ashamed, again, with some rare exceptions. Many of the new reps cannot even speak properly, have no sales experience and are straightup embarrassing to be in the same room with. Its just insulting. Your reputation for shitting on decent, experienced and intelligent people is growing. Are you proud of yourselves?
 






Above poster, is it really that bad?! I interviewed months ago, didn't get the offer, was disappointed then, but relieved now; tell me it's not as extreme as the post states, as I'm really shocked!

Yes, it is this bad. Now, if you are the type that can sit quietly, watching decent people run out of their jobs, avert your eyes now and sign up. This is good training, because once you get on, in order to fit in to some of these regions, you'll need only to care about yourself and just be good at sucking up and brown nosing. If not, you will be so shit on, you'll wish you were a toilet, so you can flush it off you.
 






PL SURVIVAL GUIDE 101:
When PL comes to do the firing, she will not give you a reason. so, when you go on interview explain that you were layed off. then describe all the good things you did at RB. ENOUGH SAID. stop there do not expand any further w/ the hiring manager.
#2 Suboxone nor the company is well known out there except for the methadone folks. and they think the company is a sleeze ball too because RB is known not to pay their speakers.
#3 MOVE ON. yes you've been wounded but take it as a learning experience on BAD companies. I'm one of the original CL's and I come back to this site from time 2 time 2 see how things are going. Many of my former docs still call me for lunch & dinner & PAY for me--not I them. take your good relationships and keep them. they're a great group to remain friends.
PS I'm now making over 6 figures having limos pick me up at airports.

botom line-- as mad as you are. let it go. move on. The sad fact to life is that RB is not the only BAD company out there and ya'll know it's true. Learn & get whatever you can during your stay at RB. RB is not a destination but a pitstop on the journey! Use them wisely!
