Its an ongoing widespread phenomenon. Usually, they are out having a beer with their favorite @#%$, then their manager calls for the 5th time and they get on the phone and start making up excuses as to why they have to have it right now. Usually, goes something like this, "I just got a call from so and so and thats why I'm calling you now. I need this by tonight. Oh, thats too soon, ummm, how about tomorrow morning. Oh, you have appts?" Then they get this authoritarian tone in their voice, to hide their panic attack, all because they screwed up in the first place.

Oh, how familiar this sounds. Can't wait to get all the last minute POA assigments that our manager was suppose to do, but somehow just plain forgot.

Well, you've got to admit the obvious here: this is one sick contract, one of the most disturbing on this entire board, all companies included. I can't understand how it is allowed to perpetuate; the DMs are not going to change, the reps seem to have no choice but to leave; what's keeping you here, anyway? You are obviously a manager with this company, not someone interviewing. This is way too much work for 3 people, and you can't hide the turnover and astronomical numbers of people who have been screwed by this company. At least 60, probably more have either been wrongfully terminated or have left disgusted. This place is a cesspool of sick, unprofessional behavior, and the few that do like their jobs - that's great. They are the lucky ones, until they get a new manager or the company and/or product is sold.
