Straumann...good or bad to work for?

Straumann needs to examine who they are putting in management roles. These people affect the lives of reps on a daily basis. The Florida manager has unethical behavior (whatever that means) and the LA manager turned over an entire region! These people are not qualified to manage.

These managers have gone unchecked for many many years. Mgmt doesn't give two sh$ts but when the OIG comes a calling I bet they will. FCA violations, kickbacks, off label selling, HIPPA violations, and remuneration occurs on a daily basis. Mgmt, let alone their managers do not know or they choose not to follow the law. Make copies of your docs, save your emails, document the directives they force upon you.
They will be helpful

It's all about influence
Dr Big Shot uses our stuff
We wine and dine him
He uses more and gives totally biased talks on our stuff
People hear these lectures and they buy our stuff
And so on and so on
 
















The Straumann rep in West Texas has only been there about a year. Ask why he left so soon. The previous Straumann rep, Griff, was well-respected but his replacement didn't take the time to call on any of the labs there.

The only thing someone that fucking stupid is qualified for in dental management or government work.

People like that deserve what they get -
