Sotyktu floundering

I love all the posts on LinkedIn from the Sotyktu TEAM saying great things about the GI sales force who were all just laid off. What a joke. For 2+ years the derm team has said they don’t want meetings with us, they are better than us, and now are saying we were great and to please help if you can. Give me a break. Your managers have roles open and they won’t even give us an interview. BMS is a disaster! I should have listened to my old partner who left months ago.

The Sotyktu team is next. I don’t know why they think they are above layoffs. Zepozia launched a few short years ahead of Sotyktu. It’s a matter of time.

I realized this Derm division was doomed in March of 2023 when most of the territories fell way short of the insane goals management set for us which required Monica to peel back goals just so people made some bonus….and then again in Q2…

Make some room on that door Rose! More people will need a spot :)

absolutely right! It's Zeposia's turn right now. Will be Sotyktu next. However, LT at the top will remain the same and start ignoring you as if you do not exist. This is a mafia while they speak of "helping patients"

Wtf are you talking about high gain questions? This is not a part of BMS vernacular but you keep going to the same well all the time!! Stfu
 






This brand will be deprioritized or divested by latest end of 1Q2025. Everyone will go. You can’t save it because you can’t get enough sales in that time frame to offset the value and profit given up in other brands. Cost heavy, profit light. Our issues are way deeper than just this brand. Between the IRA, the value committed to get Sotyktu 0 step access and the 34B situation across all brands, this is not recoverable. We will be back to being an oncology company focused on medical benefit drugs by mid year 2025. Or will will make a major acquisition. Or be acquired. There is no win or way out here. Largely all on the shoulders of those one individual who thinks he knows it all. Good luck. God bless. I hate to love this place anymore
 












We wouldn’t have doubled the salesforce with all mirrored territories and getting coverage for Sotyktu to divest everything within 1 quarter. We have until 2026.
Karen, the sales force was not doubled- you added a handful of reps to cover the new huge territories that nobody signed up for. It is a last ditch effort to turn this dog into a unicorn,but the numbers do not lie,BMS is bleeding large amounts of $$$ with Slowtyktu. It also makes it easier to lay us off. The layoff plan has already been finalized-new geographies actually make it easier- whack 50% of the sales force(mirrors) and you have the minimal amount of reps to beg for scripts for the 10th in line PSO product-- wake the f up, love your only cool DM
