Look, I am working for Merck on the business valuation of EPB. We will need sales data through June. We are using Dulera weeklies but it involves much more.
Valuing a business requires more than number crunching, it takes knowledge of finance as it applies to business, a detailed understanding of tax code law and insight into operational nuances.
So why don't you all just do your job and let us do ours. We will give our findings and we won't even know what the decision will be till right before they announce it. So stop all the blowhard BS.

Good news is that weeklies through Feb 22 are very positive. Though 4-over-4 showed some slowing. By the way, it's both contract and manufacturer sales force that are being evaluated.

Ok...the numbers have to be good but anyone that has worked contract knows that even if you have good numbers it does not guarantee a renewal. You have to have something to sell. And our bag is dwindling. Nasonex will be the next to go and whenever has Merck had anyone carry 2 products. Their own reps don't have much in their bag. The new allergy pills really are a niche drug. Seriously think the allergist are going to throw away easy money from their injection business on 2 pills that only cover 2 allergans?!? We will know when everyone has a conference call...the managers will be on a call just prior to ours and the merck reps may have one during the same time the managers do - that is if they don't renew. If they do renew they would be smart to announce by end of May. I can guarantee you NO DM knows what is really going to happen...they can't risk anyone leaving before they want you to.

Well then they must say now and let us sell or we can not do lunches and pharmacy. This two must now and for last week be decided at once!!! The DMs are knowledge bases for that information so I say yes to the limit!!!
