Schering was bought by Merck that is why standard procedure was not followed. YES absolutely anything can happen.... but the Client company must pay fines if they do not live up to the contract. So if the client has a good reason to pay fines they will pay them, but standard procedure is to end when agreed.[/QUOTE

East.... I live in Main the very tip, not many docs here but I cover a large area. I always have so many samples not sure why. One time I received 50 cases of Asmanex that was a couple of years ago I had to send half of them back. I thought every one had that trouble on this contract.
