SkinMedica will be bought out in a year or so - watch it happen. The company has never been profitable, terrible management, so-so products...sounds like a good candiate for a buy-out. Going public?? Forget about it. Your options are so diluted now they are practially worthless.
 






cannot wait to hear the barrage of bs at meeting...we are doing this for you..we are doing that...we contracted with Galderma for you...and oh yea, we are giving money from your pockets to them...who is the genius that thought we should not include peds in our reach? We have no foresight! Who is responsible for us leaving money on the table? Why do we not have a rep ad board? We are just little puppets to the dumb F^%*&*( middle puppets to the dumb puppets. If I had a pair of balls I would show them, however I will speak up in the meeting. I cannot wait for the numbers to come out. We work for a bunch of idiots and work with a bunch of ass kissing kids!
 






SkinMedica is much better CX division then SkinCeuticals.
SkinMedica CX get's the same bennies as RX reps.
Bases are good commissions are better. No micro-manage RSM's and a small pharma feel.

I don't think it is crapy. I cannot believe we cannot go get the business. Why do we need to rely on our French friends to co-promote? That would have been money in the bank. No confidence in us? Why am I stuck with an unreliable mgr that cannot give a straight answer? This is the most stupid scenerio I have ever been in! This is a joke. What has she done to earn respect? Obviously she did not get there on her feet, but rather on her kn. Shame on the one that allowed that

do not worry about ld. heard from a very reliable source she is on the interviewing trail for herself. look for her to make the jump in the next month or two. burning bridges, oh well chris, your mistake..maybe rb will understand why

Who would hire her? She's done nothing of value. Only Chris would fall for her BS, I doubt too many people in other companies would be that ignorant! I'll keep my fingers crossed that there is a "Chris" at some other company out there that will actually believe her BS!! Hey, LD we'll all give you great references if you'll just leave.
