Nils Ericson & Michael Fleming must be fired. They are poisoning this company. Many reps have shared their stories of commission theft by Olympus. Sales Ops Dick billed many accounts for their Gyrus PK's and paid out zero in commission for this. This evil arch criminal needs to be stopped!!!

CP will not and has not complied with request for internet protocol identification via attorneys or court requests. You would know that if you took the time to read the bylaws within CP. CP is completely independent and do not track IP addresses.

This place is awful. So much fighting and hatred. I have never worked for such an evil and negative employer in my life. I started calling recruiters and paid for medreps today. I'm done with this place.

Accountant here from Center Valley. I can tell you first hand that the commissions were paid out on all these placed assets for PK Gyrus & EPF1C's. I should know, I did the reconciliations. The commissions were not paid to the reps. Michael Fleming in Sales Operations, and top management all took the combined commission and split it amongst themselves, and then they cut your commissions at the beginning of the year. How much will it take girls and boys? I almost shouldn't bother because most of you will stay regardless.
 












Ladies & gents. I am appalled at what I read on this post board about our management team. I can immediately think of 10-15 high level managers that need to be terminated immediately. What are your thoughts on moving forward with an ipetition to be sent to Hiroyuki Sasa in Japan?

Japan needs to be directly informed on what's going on over here at OCA.
 






Current open sales and sales management positions at 50 openings on OCA Career Site.
Watch what happens by February 1st. There will be 100 open positions in sales on the OCA Career Site. I have spoken with many people awaiting offers at other companies.
After March 31st there will be a shitload of resignations. Peeps just waiting to collect bonus money and year end quarterly bonuses.
Sales people at Olympus are starting to resign in droves... If anyone cares why this is happening please look to shitty treatment by the company and shitty pay plans designed by none other than Sales Ops Dick!
