If the generics Established Products BU has reps - yes, they really do. Why not have branded IS in SCBU promoting the two MOST EXPENSIVE narrow and broad spectrum antibiotics in hospitals? If you don't pharmacy will run over Pfizer.

Ask your customers to put this in "writing" and give them an envelope addressed to Pfizer HR in NYC. NY needs to know that DM's are not worth their weight and many are a liability to the company.

It is quite apparent that IS is finished this year. Upper management is only concerned with compliance and IPlan, which will both replace us,while doing nothing for us. Putting KA in charge has Liz Barretts fingerprints all over the wipeout of IS. Good luck in the future to all.

I thought someone who posted earlier typed it best when he said reps are actors. We pretend to do something for 8 hours(ahem) by calling on people we can't see yet still saying we saw them, doing lunches with everyone but who we want to see,etc. Maybe a job or life is really just acting. Deep. Excuse while I listen to Dark Side of the Moon backwards. Or some early Floyd with Syd Barrett.

Never. POAs are done with. IEMs are in now.

POAs will be in June and will be smaller, not a Natl meeting, not even a Reg meeting. Possibly on your own or pair up with a few other nearby districts.

Prepare yourself for another big layoff if mandate is taken out of OCare. Smaller layoff if mandate is upheld due to looming Viagra and Celbrex generics.
June is a big month for decisions.
