SFM

Someone must’ve pulled our VP of sales aside and suggested she stop interacting with the sales team.

Guess we can add that to the list

CEO who doesn’t talk to his employees
Market Access who doesn’t get market access
Sales Ops that forgets to tell sales about ops
Training department that does no training
Retaining terrible leaders and dismissing good ones.
Designing a copay card so easy no one can explain it.

Axsome is just another example of what happens when cronyism supersedes merit. But hey, stock is at $88 so everything is fine.

The CEO doesn’t talk to his employees because he is obviously autistic and is completely unable to understand even the most basic human interactions

It’s official John. V is the new National Business Director taking over for MP. The job was never posted, no internal candidates were considered, he was offered the position prior to MP being fired. Nothing to see here except the way in which SFM & AM do business. Another yes man from AbbVie. Fall in line or be replaced before you even know you no longer have a job. O’h, and let’s not address the mass exodus of reps since AM & SFM came into power. Titanic…

John, V told by SFM to have the bottom two RBD’s on a plan and either back on track or gone by year’s end. Translated means hire two RBD’s from Abbvie now and find a way to fire the bottom two RBD’s you already have. Also, love the “announcement” that John. V was official via e-mail along with the 10 reps replacing the first wave of reps that left. Stay tuned for those still double dipping with offers from BMS & Neurocrine.

She is happy to see more and more leave. She has her trained pets from AbbVie lined up to replace them. Don’t think for one second she cares about reps leaving. She’s thrilled

Correct she probably already has the RBD replacements lined up

Replacing the leaving reps with 85K offers is going to be a disaster
They are hiring people who have less than six months of pharma experience. I believe they are hoping for a legion of koolaid drinking warm bodies to toss as much shit at walls hoping for some to stick. Many won’t make it past the gatekeepers. I don’t think anyone cares. I wonder how long the company will last before it’s purchased?
