SFM

All these comments are SO funny. This business' entire profit plan is a stock market play. We are literally just combining ANCIENT drugs and getting a million different indications for them. If you didn't realize what you signed up for, and that ruthless, sketchy business practices and ppl would be a part of that, I don't know what to tell you.

She fired the only leader at Axsome who was respected and valued. He is the epitome of professionalism, integrity and honesty all rolled into one. He refused to put two managers on an exit strategy who had been with the company for less than a year. She is a snake-and only cares about her career and moving forward. The “breakfast for losers” is only the tip of the iceberg. Not to mention-she is a mother who puts her family last. Get your resume together and get out. They will replace you with a 25 year old rep who will take the beating. They don’t care if you quit.
Axsome: “Where dreams come to die”
Run as fast as you can.

That sums it up. Where Dreams Come to Die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How many more people will be fired because they have a friend they want to hire? How many VPs of sales did they interview? You care about culture? Didn’t all the managers go to HQ to talk about how we make things better? This is your solution? Idiots.

Look at the remaining directors

Ozempic ass who has played a role in more unlawful Axsome terminations than HR

The walking human phallic symbol who lives in the West and runs the South

The all mighty untouchable who wears six inch hooker shoes.

Numbers, metrics, 100% buy in from here on out minions.

Do your job, don’t complain and don’t piss off those above you.

That happened quickly. How many days?
This company is barely bearable because of my direct manager. If that buffer goes away and this Kentucky hillbilly starts messing with things it’s bye bye time. Maybe she can put together a long winded email with unlimited primary care pharma 101 acronyms explaining why 3/4 of the salesforce is checked out even more since she’s joined.

Easy with the shallow digs if you want anyone to take your commentary seriously. The appearance and wardrobe choices of the directors working here falls well below their aptitude and character, at least for me as a salesperson.

Unfortunately, MP was a great example of both. His removal has every reps attention and it’s not in a good way, nor what was likely desired by the decision.

A little much a little soon. A little less mouth a little more ears. Healthy culture translates to business productivity. See: year one of launch. Don’t let history repeat itself in just a different flavor.

Very well put. Every rep I heard from about this expressed the same thoughts. People are saying they haven’t slept in days over what was done to MP. You are 100% right, his removal definitely has the attention of every rep and not in a good way. It is utter disgraceful, and has many top reps questioning if this culture they want. The reality is performers are now open to new job opportunities since this woman joined. We are talking the good reps who had no interest seeking new opportunities previously are now discussing a desire to be open to new opportunities.

I’m beginning to wonder if that is actually what they want.

On another note, SFM made people feel a bit uncomfortable with the pyramid visual in her most recent email outlining exactly who made exactly what dollar figure in bonus. Suddenly, we’re hearing a lot less about our devotion to our customers and helping their patients, and a real lot more about how many dollars are going into each of our bank accounts. That approach lacked polish, and quite frankly, it lacked intelligence. It was perceived by many as tasteless.

It was extremely tasteless

Executive management is utterly indifferent to the field. Our CEO has graced us with his presence twice since launch. Not a single soul from HQ – CEO, CFO, COO, Marketing, Sales Ops, or anyone – has bothered to reach out to a top performer for feedback. This company’s policy of funneling all concerns through direct managers is a colossal bridge-burning exercise. A chasm exists between HQ and the field, and it’s a black hole. Marketing is a dumpster fire incapable of delivering essentials. Roadblocks, from the atrocious DCR process to speaker program registration, are immovable objects. Communication is a foreign concept between HQ and the field.

The recent rebate card debacle, sprung on the field through managers with a retroactive July 1st start date, is the final straw. No regard for customers, patients, or our reputations. We’re expendable numbers in a heartless machine. Unless your soul comes with a price tag, it’s time to escape this sinking ship. SFM, the embodiment of executive desires, is a cutthroat profit machine devoid of humanity. Her LinkedIn post, a how-to guide in superficial parenting, reveals the true monster beneath the southern charm. She axed the only person who cared about the field and our patients. Hell has a special place for her.

Please don’t allow yourself to fall victim to the obvious divide and conquer narrative with respect to performers. So many factors go into a territories output. Access, speakers, coverage, pharmacy games (disagree if you like, but this is factually prove able ). There are numerous extremely talented reps here in territories that cannot compete for volume.

Accurately and eloquently stated.

Me: Sitting here with my popcorn watching this place implode in the comments after being laid off and finding a higher paying, non-toxic job

Enjoy, you fuckers
It's truly disappointing that you would be so consumed by negativity that you’d wish harm on a large group of people simply because of a personal setback. It's a sad reflection of your character and suggests a deep-seated unhappiness. Hopefully, you’ll find a way to move past this and focus on building a better future for yourself.

Enjoy your miserable life.
