Never get a second chance at a first impression…
Look out Axsome! She left Abbvie, which was a toxic culture that she created! Breakfast for all the territories that are underperforming to get numbers up. It is such a humiliation tactic. Comes across all sweet, but there is venom behind that smile. Just Saying!
Who got the axe?Today is embarrassing. No one will ever trust a word out of your mouth SFM. No one is safe.
Think about who is that one person you truly admire that has been there from the start, the one who wholeheartedly dedicates themselves to their work. That's the one.Who got the axe?

This is well said. And sad.SFM's management style is intensely focused on numbers, with little regard for employee development, morale, or company culture. The recent termination of a highly respected area manager exemplifies a leadership approach that prioritizes external connections over internal talent. SFM & AM moved the Area Manager out to make room for another one of their cronies. They did this one month before another vesting period with no regard for their contribution building Axsome from the ground up. This, coupled with the actions of executive management, has fostered a toxic work environment. I strongly recommend everyone explore other opportunities.
Enjoy your new AbbVie overlord northeast teamThis is well said. And sad.
What the hell has happened here? Who the F are these people?
Well said...could be any of us or all of us. The specific answer is MP.Think about who is that one person you truly admire that has been there from the start, the one who wholeheartedly dedicates themselves to their work. That's the one.

I was with Abbvie when this horror of a human being SFM came aboard I stuck around until I just could not take it and ended up in a position with another company earning twice the money and working with fantastic leadership....She was and sounds like, still is a horrific manager and personThis is well said. And sad.

This is the correct take. This has never been a real pharma company. It is at best a sketchy shell company. All these comments are SO funny. This business' entire profit plan is a stock market play. We are literally just combining ANCIENT drugs and getting a million different indications for them. If you didn't realize what you signed up for, and that ruthless, sketchy business practices and ppl would be a part of that, I don't know what to tell you.
