SFM

SFM's management style is intensely focused on numbers, with little regard for employee development, morale, or company culture. The recent termination of a highly respected area manager exemplifies a leadership approach that prioritizes external connections over internal talent. SFM & AM moved the Area Manager out to make room for another one of their cronies. They did this one month before another vesting period with no regard for their contribution building Axsome from the ground up. This, coupled with the actions of executive management, has fostered a toxic work environment. I strongly recommend everyone explore other opportunities.

This is well said. And sad.

I was with Abbvie when this horror of a human being SFM came aboard I stuck around until I just could not take it and ended up in a position with another company earning twice the money and working with fantastic leadership....She was and sounds like, still is a horrific manager and person

Axsome is in crisis. The company is being steered off course by three inexperienced individuals occupying the CEO,CFO, and COO roles. Their primary objective appears to be transforming Axsome into a profit-driven hedge fund, regardless of the potential harm.

AM, the mastermind behind this strategy, is willing to compromise anything for financial gain. They brought in SFM, an equally ruthless accomplice, who has swiftly become a detrimental force within the company. Their manipulative tactics and disregard for others are evident. SFM's claims of coaching and mentoring are belied by their actions, which are characterized by a rigid, performance-driven approach that leaves little room for error.

Ultimately, patients are the ones who will bear the brunt of this reckless pursuit of profit. Axsome has veered off course, and the consequences will be severe.

AM invited a vampire into our house and now she’ll drain the lifeblood from this company and our careers. Ask anyone who worked for her previously and you’ll hear the horror stories. She’s a master of disguise, projecting an overly sweet southern persona while harboring a self-serving, cutthroat ambition. Her sole focus is climbing the ladder and lining her pockets, with complete disregard for colleagues, their families, and especially patients. She’s a ruthless opportunist who demands absolute loyalty, leaving a trail of destruction in her wake. Don’t be deceived by her charm; she’s a venomous snake.

All these comments are SO funny. This business' entire profit plan is a stock market play. We are literally just combining ANCIENT drugs and getting a million different indications for them. If you didn't realize what you signed up for, and that ruthless, sketchy business practices and ppl would be a part of that, I don't know what to tell you.

SFM is one of the worst managers in the industry. She sounds fake and has no real strategy to grow sales.she comes across as imature and with very poor communication skills.

This is the correct take. This has never been a real pharma company. It is at best a sketchy shell company.
