as for nationalized health, I lived there for a few years. You can choose to pay also.

I agree except I think JD and Larsen will give JB a run for his money with Joe and my guess is those two my also have the hangover market cornered. Of course, they'll be in a meeting together......that's why they'll be late. Yeah, that's it.

As for the Bathing suits, there was an email that did say "don't forget to bring your bathing suit" or something like that. It was the one that went into dress code. There are some people that just should skip this. Really.

As for the UK health issue, knowing they can choose to pay and they still have those dental issues? Well, that's just wrong.

Work for a reputable company in the UK and they pay for 'private' healthcare although not entirely sure that extended to dental. But for sure you can pay - I did

And this requires ball, why?

Hard to answer. I'm sure they will throw some inflated number up at the NSM. Here's the problem, you just count those hospital's with generator's as some no longer order. That PPU incentive in 08-09 was a real brainchild. Lots of units placed that don't generate revenue.

The other issue is you have hospitals on the books that place one monopolar order a year and that's it.

Realistically, I'd say 400 or and we"re still pretty weak in the top 1000.
 






























I do hope everyone on here realizes that both purchasing agents and surgeons go on these boards. While personal attacks are one thing, and there are issues in hospitals as well, the fact that you are bringing issues up related to the product is another. It would make someone evaluating or using the product second guess the reason for doing so.

And maybe that could lead to corporate doing some of the right things like clinical studies, pricing it reasonably, treating our customers less arrogantly, putting management in place that has a clue and treating people with some respect.

That is why cafepharma was created numbnuts! The good the bad and the ugly. Sadly this company and many others are all three.

Lastly if a surgeon is going to base his opinion on what he reads here then he should be washing pets at petco and now cutting people open for a living.

Create a better product that addresses a real need and foster a better culture and you will not get ripped on cafepharma.
