Sales training

He is doing a great job and his staff adores him. Changes were needed and he provided them. Its not easy to be the bearer of bad news but the old trainers had let the game pass them by and needed to be put out to pasture. Selling is a perishable skill and must be routinely honed. Learning the nuts and bolts of pacing and defibrillation is childs play and could be learned and then taught by a sixth grader. Bio is on the rise and the training department is the main reason.
seriously? what are the "great changes" he has made? what changes?

Yes. i too want to hear of why his team adores him so much. What changes did he make?
Haha! Same ol sh*t different training director. At least HK got stuff done and was respectable. DT talks about stuff but implements nothing on his own. His staff does great things and has great ideas and he is just johnny come lately and takes the credit. "Cloth or leather seats?" What a complete imbicile. DT you are in the wrong seat on the bus my friend. Time to get out before your thrown out.

Yep, sales training or the lack of is Bio's problems. SMH. Go sell some Biomonitor 2s!!!
oh, you mean the biggest and heaviest POS on the market?

Or, as one bio employee said to another, "with the largest devices and crappiest programmer, and most confusing systems on the planet, I just cant figure out why were not doing better!"
