so! Biotronik actually made a good move! They fired Dustin! There is none who deserves to be drummed out of any kind of sales and leadership position than Dustin. He is a HORRIBLE manager and a ludicrously awful leader. His sales skills limp and cold and pointless. Whatever company picks him up in the future, I pray they see this thread first and go with someone else. In any case, he will destroy whatever he touches and will bring to ruin those with whome he associates as coworkers. Good riddance!!

Why all of this attention over something that Bio does not have? Bio actually has some decent products but there are 2 things that they do not have 1) Any resemblance of corporate structure or culture and 2) training. They have zero.... absolutely no in depth sales and/or product training whatsoever. As for #1, corporate structure and/or culture, the blind are leading the deaf in that company.
