This whole thing has been a shameful display of poor leadership unfortunately.


How are the reps the only question in eye care? There are layers on top of layers of Allergan legacy regional or national management. They are still tripping over each other to cut DM’s and reps but they are bloated, arrogant, and failing at every turn! Morale is dead.

Put some of these divisions together under the better and more tenured upper management leaders, Abbvie! Trim the real fat!

You are so correct. With the current state of our products maybe you need two people in the entire marketing department. Also way too many “VPs”.

This is so spot on....But are they actually cutting people? Leadership is so disjointed and clueless, they probably cant even put together a plan for layoffs
