Oh hell no. They are not back filling any open sales positions that management pushed out and will give reps more dirt. Screwing people out of money and RD’s will continue to break down DM’s. They will keep micro managing until they justify all the endless marketing and management jobs. Each separate division, with each individual product having a full blown leadership team for 1 product each?
There is SO much management overlap. More management than reps at this point, if you include marketing. It’s so Toxic here!
