business plans? amateur hour.

you don't want to work for anyone who requires business plans. Sure, Marketing and Sr. Leadership should have them, but for reps, you need to hire two things:

persuasiveness
work ethic

I've hiring reps for 38 years and that's what counts. All the rest is BS.


Well said; I would never leave a business plan for someone else to utilize.

This is going to be a tough product to sell; I was initially contacted due to CNS, WH , and Buy and bill experience and passed on the process. So many reps are being hired based on who they know not their experience. I was not actively looking but have been interested in reading the process of hiring people. I have several friends who started the interview process a few months ago but all Have been put “on hold” until the second round. A couple have moved one and took offers from other companies that appear to be a little more stable and maybe more establishes.
Good luck to all that want to work for this new company and understand the obstacles involved in the process initially. Sometime s doing something different and out of the norm of most positions can be fun and challenging at the same time. Hopefully the product takes off sooner than later since so many women suffer from this diseas state.
 












Hope everyone heard what they wanted. I didn’t. But must not be the job for me. I think it’s a good drug and a great beginning for the org. Just a lot to be decided and it certainly will not be an easy sell. Good luck to all. I am bummed to say the least and a little miffed at myself that I put all the work I did into my business plan etc. to leave it. But apparently God has other plans.
 




If you do your homework and research the company you will be able to make an informed decision and will actually run to the recruiter rather than the hills Check out the pipeline etc and you will see what a great opportunity Sage is
