Over priced sales reps don't fit with the new economic healthcare if you don't move on during 2014 it is to your own downfall. Ride it out if you want but have a backup plan because when a company doesn't grow it shrinks. Idiots know a good way to be profitable in the outside world is to cut expenses which means layoffs and restructuring.

Is everyone excited to apply for their jobs and re interview every year. Oh and try to figure the comp plan every 6 months

Commoditized products resulting in declining sales. Hospitals (IDN's, GPO's) transfer of power with contracting. ACA's excise tax. Market stagnation/decline. All reasons why EES, Ethicon products, Gynecare, Energy and soon Biosurgery are rolling into one company. Reducing costs is the name of the game here and for anyone to think that this restructuring is anything other than a cost cutting measure is too drunk on koolaid to have an original thought.

The Ethicon Pod system is already getting noticed by other companies and not in a good way. This is the pharma of medical device and soon will be as bad on a resume as working for Pfizer.

Totally on point regarding state of the business. Sure we will be launching "Everest" soon but even with a few good product launches this company will continue to get smaller.

Lol, keep trying. I have it in 3 accounts in my territory alone and just received permission to add a 4th that is outside target.

Look, I understand that you may be miserable, but some of us pour the kool-aid over our shoulder and still make good $$$. Maybe copier sales is more up your alley?
