Ethicon sucks. We wait weeks to get an answer if we will have a job only to hear that we need to wait three more days. Who is running this place? Does anybody have a clue? I really am beggining to believe that everyone inside is smoking crack along with their kool-aid. All the people ontop need to be fired with everyone inside R&D. Big brother should then promote the sales force for being able to sell such shit for years. Big brother should also weed out all the female reps who suck D@$c and Fu*#s the doctors or the buyers for the business. We are out out killing ourselves day in and day out to make a buck and these chicks are looking for there next lay. Same women that at the NTM hooking up. Sorry to disappoint you but no NTM this year. You know who you are! This place is so unprofessional. A Circus has more class.

I have watched this company divide and conquer as well as wait patiently and in the past 5 years act first think later. The warning that started this thread is not without validity. I too was shakled by the golden handcuffs but appreciate my years of service as well as the dignity provided by J&J to see me through this transition.

Yes, she is so unprofessional. Speaks about everyone in her territory. A real rat too. I don't now how she has lasted here this long, but then again look where we are and what this once great company has become.
 












Hey here's a thought! Have upper management try and sell this junk for a month. They would all be shocked on what we go through on a daily basis. The comments that are said about what crap we make and sell. When is someone inside going to wake up???? It's not the reps it's the crap we make added to recalls. They need to clean house in R&D send a real message.
