I know a rep who uses it and was excited at first but now after some time he lost money on contract pricing and it now sits and collects dust. Any competent surgeon will see there will be no clinical difference going traditional vs robot and this just takes up time. Marketing effect minimal these days as well. Toxic is those who need to hit their numbers on a reps back. So many managers all willing to throw any and everyone under the bus to save their paychecks. Reps are sick of it, and we will do the bare minimum to support you fools.
