door to balloon time explanation is the truth. Yes, some cardiology experience. Should know better. Sadly, although some will try to make you believe otherwise, the stories on here are mostly true. Sad place to work and some very bad ADs. This is an example of one very bad AD who is snowing her superiors. Comes across as very sweet but quite the snake.

What the hell happened to Senior Management? Clueless, and all for their own good. Don't think the sales force does not understand that performing is penalizing??? CEO is clueless, time will tell how bad of a plan this is and it will be less than 5 months! Pat you back bow, as you have decreased sales trends again and are listening to consultants instead of the TM's!

These consultants you speak of went to Ivy League schools while our lowly TM's are a motley band of washed up nurses or failed reps. Who would you listen to?

So because someone is educated at an Ivy league school, that makes them smarter or more qualified than someone who went to a state school? Your ignorance and discrimination are on full display. Are the consultants meeting with you customers? No. Do the consultants get hit with negative adjustments? No. Are the consultantsame at the mercy of the home office with inventory, fittings, approvals. NO, NO & NO...This all goes back to Marshall not liking, caring, or thinking he needs sakes people. I would love to see his smug ass face out in the field getting chewed out by the very people he wants to order his service. He is a punk ass who would get yes slapped around in the field..that's why he has had his own biatch Jason in the mix to serve as a buffer. That's how soft he is.

Dude - he didn't get to where he is by getting slapped around. If he were in the field he would be doing the slapping, yes that means whiny Doctors, Nurses and Patients. Suck on that

So why doesn't he go into the field and show how it is done. Oh, I see he leads from behind. We all know what that means. He would definitely get his ass handed to him by physicians, nurses, and patients. When I pushed him he squirmed up like the little girl he is. so now you can gfy, and him while you are at it.

Agreed - This guy is not to be taken lightly. Marshall is Very tough and strong willed. Grew up with nothing in a rough neighborhood and pulled himself up by the bootstraps.

Miami RM, he drank so much with his AD and his Region team the night before his meeting, he really got messed up, Then he went to the meeting to tell his region he was too hung over to do a meeting, told them to leave, and with a Bloody Mary in his hand. Wow, what a class act we have in the Southeast management pool. He fires a TM for "not wanting to work with him", guess we all know why the TM's don't want to take him into a office! He probably needs a blood test to show he is sober!

So because he doesn't remember it, it didn't happen. If you must know I pushed him the very first time I met him when I went through training. Asked him what would he say to an EP who insisted on implanting before even considering a LV. After an awkward silence and him sitting up from his slouch position, he quietly let out "I would just move on to the next one" that's a real tough response from a so called tough guy. I don't know who is more pathetic, him or you morons on here who have so much feces on your face you should all he in a Charmin commercial. And Jason should be in a Huggies commercial with one wrapped around his face and his waist.
