He's the moron who decided to have certain people cover ONE Hospital! Him and his little dog AF. What a team lol. To find a hospital they both need a road map. Ps he's also in charge of the hiring process so if he's letting anyone go it's his failure!!! God I hope they both never leave ZOLL.

Few people left here that knew JP or his replacement that bolted after 2 months. Special thanks to ML for the black hole you created in my finances. I hope you enjoy your millions knowing so many people were screwed by your comp plan and bogus quota growth. I still haven't recovered from the financial hit during my second year at Zoll.

Job seekers need to read the thousands of posts on these boards before accepting a sales or management job here. If you decide to work here, invest the commissions from your first 6 months, then start looking for a new opportunity. The 40%-50% turnover is real.

70 out of 400 or so TMs, so 20% of sales force.
Turnover is nearing 45%, average tenure has dipped below 18 months.
