After JP's departure, this company's turnover skyrocketed back up to industry leading levels. Quality of promotions and new hires had been very poor. Senior VPs can't influence like they thought they could. Remember the new VP that quit after 3 months on the job? What does that tell you about the state of this company at the top? No one bought into the BS about him not wanting to move to Pitt.
 






Do NOT go work in DiGuilios area. He is looking to punish good people so he can reduce headcount in his area, so his goal gets lowered. He terminated 2 great people last week that had been working hard. He is a terrorist to ZOLL.

He's the moron who decided to have certain people cover ONE Hospital! Him and his little dog AF. What a team lol. To find a hospital they both need a road map. Ps he's also in charge of the hiring process so if he's letting anyone go it's his failure!!! God I hope they both never leave ZOLL.

Miami RM, he drank so much with his AD and his Region team the night before his meeting, he really got messed up, Then he went to the meeting to tell his region he was too hung over to do a meeting, told them to leave, and with a Bloody Mary in his hand. Wow, what a class act we have in the Southeast management pool. He fires a TM for "not wanting to work with him", guess we all know why the TM's don't want to take him into a office! He probably needs a blood test to show he is sober!

12 out of 40 or so regional managers, so 1/3 of managers.
70 out of 400 or so TMs, so 20% of sales force.
Turnover is nearing 45%, average tenure has dipped below 18 months.
