Don't misdirect your energy for the NSD role at the person IN the role. RG is a bright person who takes his role, and its effect on people, seriously. He's a thinker, not a rah-rah guy, or kool-aid drinker. His industry experience prior to AZ includes sales, training, and sales leadership with both big pharma and specialty bio-pharma organizations. At AZ, prior to coming over to sales, he led a Managed Markets group. He's solid.
