Lol. I worked at ZOLL for 1 1/2 years. I am as connected in the Cath lab and cardiac surgery as you can be. I only took the job because I am close to retirement. I could call on people I have been working with for years and get green light to put on LV. With that said ZOLL is the most mis managed company I ever worked for. Tech support horrible!! Patient intake can't read a medical report because they are former migrant workers from the tomato fields in Mexico. Horrible!! Regional managers can't speak one word of cardiology!! Embarrassing!! Useless!! Constant phone calls to Drs for stupid reasons!! Commission plan created by non medical idiots! Quota plan created by same idiots. Horrible Horrible moral!! Product that false alarms and scares the hell out of patients all the time!! Turnover is way over 50%. Previous statements of 38% not even close!! This position has evolved into a 1-2 year any type of sales experience requirement. Pharma reps are now over qualified for this job!! If your unemployed and need work great! Sign up. If your in pharm-pass! If your in device- you must be an idiot not to know how bad it is here! If your 23 and think your going to be a big shot device rep lol this job is for you!! Be warned!!

If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen. The mindset has changed, the sales plans are easily achievable and the compensation is generous. We need to rid ourselves of all this negativism and realize the sky's the limit. Retooled, Revamped and Revitalized!Is that the clown voice in the background? What do you mean the turnover is a non-issue? Is this really the mindset of our senior leaders? Turnover rate is nearing 50% and this idiot is saying its a non-issue? Funny stuff
