I had a long conversation with my RM and AD and it appears the company will be responding to our concerns in a very positive manner. Higher commission rates along with lower quotas. The resources being rolled out for 17 are unparalleled in the med device space. Happy days are her again!

Did you know your RM and AD are just trying to keep you hear until they can find another gig? Do you realize they cannot make any money with so much turnover? They are just trying to hold on until they can find a new job. Don't be a fool!
