Retention program







It would be nice if we had a CASH retention program. I think $20,000.00 per RSS, that stays until the end of Sept., sounds great to me. No one has made $20k in bonus which is less than we were told when we interviewed (yeah, I know that they will blame that on JM but it doesn't change things).

They would do that if they cared.

First of all, I don't blame the Top 5 reps for being lucky.

I don't live in CA where there is Medicare coverage. I don't have a National KOL in my territory. I don't have a relative / stock holder who can prescriber Rayaldee for me.

On the positive side, at the rate the Top 15 are leaving, might have a shot at the Top 10.

They won't catch any clue. A shot at 20k to stay? I doubt that. They were fishing around for cheap labor during the expansion and probably got it.
 






They need to do something to stop the bleeding. With all of the vacancies, Opko Renal will never make their Rayaldee numbers. They need to pay people a cash retention bonus to get everyone to stay until the end of the year when numbers are finally released to the investors.
 






Quitting on 9/15 and you will still qualify for the Q3 bonus (gas money). You won't need to payback your sign-on bonus or attend the meeting in Miami. Take a week of vacation after Labor Day and load fake calls the following week. Don't let them screw you out of your piddle little bonus.

Don't accept that offer as there are plenty of much better jobs out there. Heed the warnings of top reps that had already resigned and don't listen to the lying managers who will say anything to get you to sign on the bottom line. If you do accept, I pity you, this was bar none the worst job I ever had in pharma. Could have tolerated all of the lies but fuck with my income and therefore my family, no way!
