Cattie Shattie had another walkout. Velveeta had enough of the bullshit with Paul and Gopi. She was not a nice person but she hit the nail on the head about those two characters who seem to make up the South Asian caucus. They are lazy and lie. When things go south, they blame the users because they have no idea how to support them. They both look like they are 10 months pregnant and one does not want to sit beside Paul in a meeting. He smells like shit with a little masala blended. It is so gross. Why does the big doughnut say anything to them. He must be the only one with dead olfactory nerves.

How about the other with in GP group? Is she a Munster or an Addams? Always said yes to MB. Then the dude who was working with Velveeta is never there.

Then you got the smokers... The old guy with no hair who looks like he slept in his clothes. They call him Eye Add because he is always eyeing the women and tries to sweet talk them. I am thinking he has not looked in mirror lately. He smokes with the Indian dude in GP. Both just waste time. In a different way than the Playpen boys. More sneaky. Should have been fired long ago.

When auditors see Rebate and CB accruals all messed up it will be time for a come to Temple meeting. For sure, there are going to be big fines when the government sees the way Cattie Shattie and her team have been doing the GP reporting. Hundreds of millions of dollars --- fines. But, she has really made management believe she knows what she is doing. Good for her!

I have been in the company a few years. I see it. I don't talk about it because it is useless. Only hope management sees this post. Eyes wide shut.

They don't do shiat about what they hear during exit interviews. They only exist to fulfill a legal obligation and keep Taro in compliance with labor laws. They do nothing else for employees. In fact, the hourly wage employees don't even get interviewed. They fill out an online survey.

True. The sad thing is that a majority of the dysfunction.was caused by bad hires. MB and PC. They turned the department into what it is today. Although they are both gone, the damage is done. hR was repeatedly told about issues with them and did nothing. Sun is always concerned about costs. They should calculate the true cost of all the turnover the past few years. Maybe they will wake up.
