Not anymore. Someone else’s nightmare now.
New CFO hired. Is your resume up to date?Agreed
New CFO hired. Is your resume up to date?
New CFO already hired.Maybe they should go outside the box and hire an African American Female CFO.
New CFO already hired.
Who is the new CFO and from where? Why have they not made it public yet?No Indiana
New CFO or not, I advise any hard working, ethical employees left in finance to leave. The environment in that office was unbearable. Not every company is run that way. You'll see it after you leave. No one cares, and things will never change.
Yes, that has been my experience after I left finance last year.New CFO or not, I advise any hard working, ethical employees left in finance to leave. The environment in that office was unbearable. No system issues. What's been your excuse? You have no responsibilities. SametimeHow about we hire an IT staff. Sitting all day doing nothing because of viruses and antiquated systems is very unproductive. I shop all day on Amazon, my boyfriend is going to kill me, but we cannot work.
I agree. Things will never change. Upper management does not care enough to make changes. It discourages good employees and they leave. Taro has lost good employees and the loss will continue. It's a cycle, but no one cares.New CFO or not, I advise any hard working, ethical employees left in finance to leave. The environment in that office was unbearable. Not every company is run that way. It is not normal for your manager to play favorites, not know your job but still nit-pick, leave the office before you, and not balance the workload within the department. Believe it or not, other companies value your contributions and want to do what it takes to keep you working for them. This was not the case with Taro.

You missed the point, dummy. Probably because you’ve been there too long and think that’s a normal work environment. It’s not, and I’m the second person who is stating that almost every other company in the industry is better managed than Taro. Proof? For one, no well run company forces a four month SAP rollout. Nobody. Nada. It was a shit show. What are we teenagers? Grow up, put the cell phone down and do some work. The managers play favorites to the ones that do work. That is the case in ever job. You couldn’t handle a little pressure. Let me pull out my violin.
Even worse. It was rolled out in only three months. Badly. Anyway, you know a company sucks when tough Russian born employees leave. They have experienced some sh*t in their lives, but nothing like what they saw at Taro. You missed the point, dummy. And yet you've contacted one manager after another trying to come back. DummyYou missed the point, dummy. Probably because you’ve been there too long and think that’s a normal work environment. It was a successful implementation. Not smooth sailing by any means, but our employees have worked hard and it shows. We'revery proud.Even worse. It was rolled out in only three months. Badly.
