I will attempt to answer all your questions about RB. I did my time in Pharma and RB is great. The product is wonderful, you are called a "Clinical Liaison" not a rep, doctors really give you time and NO SAMPLES. No more chasing signatures. By the time I left Pharma (tried big and little companies) i was fed up, then I found RB last year. They are doing an expansion, not replacing fired reps. If you are a CL now, you came from Pharma and you are not happy, then you need to get out of the industry all together. The CL's I know are very happy! If you get the opportunity to interview for this job, do it. You can find the openings on the PSS website. Please note this is just my opinion. Make sure when you interview you ask to speak with at least 2-3 CL's to find out about the RM you may be working for.

Its part of what they've been doing from day one. Covering up the truth. Desperately trying to hide their mistakes in hiring incompetants and pretty much everything else. The really big freak left a big mess, because his legacy was fear, lies and smoke and mirrors. Shhhh, now don't go telling anyone about that now, you hear? Shhh, I'm just trying to protect you guys. Can you be more specific about "too many people are pissed off at them"? They have a good product which helps a lot of people and from what I have heard, the reps are happy there.

Thats what they put in my head and thats what comes out. "I have to make it public, it makes me feel so self righteous." Go back to catholic school ya little martyr ass kiss. You look at any other board and the remarks are anything but productive, so don't give us this b.s. You pull the threads because the truth is too much to bear. This is the real situation here. People are shaking in their shoes like jello, when they ought to be reporting the bastards. Paranoia becomes its own disease. Lighten up. Let the shit hit the fan once in a while. This place needs a shake down so bad, its screaming "Clean me, Clean me." If you're oppressed under one of the managers thats into the "cover me" and if you don't....., ask yourself, "Why the hell should I cover her/his ass? Who's getting the most out of this? Once it becomes glaringly apparent that all your dopehead really cares about is his or herself, take it up a notch, take it to the next manager up, in writing. They'll tell you "If you'll vote fore me as manager of the year, I'll take care of you." Once you put your report in writing and if they leak it, you've got a hell of a lawsuit, tanto. I am. You just tell them about the problem, its going to go nowhere, fast. You have been forewarned.
 






Part of the problem is gone now and most of us think there is no way it could get any worse. I'd rather have P.L. any time, than C.H. I don't think she is the con type. Its not who she is.
 






This is all unfortunately becoming very very real for me here. I don't feel I can trust anyone. I am surrounded by adolescent types, who call me only when they want something. Any ideas on other sales jobs, where people are actually mature?
