There are thousands of layed off reps
looking for jobs.

There are many current Acadia reps here selling Nuplazid that make base pay of 150K+
Not sure what the “New” sales force would pay but why would it be lower ?

Learn to spell b4 you make up BS ! The starting range low end if qualified is about $200k Their are many perks an the top end is in $275k range. Need 3 years esperience to deserve that level.Layed? Well, if they spell like you, then there’s a reason that they are laid off. Lol! There are not that many laid off reps out there, especially with rare disease experience. Acadia wants a couple of years of rare disease experience. There’s even a section where they want you to write about your rare disease experience on the application. Rare disease is MINIMUM $170k starting right now, but usually more in the $185-$205k range. There are a lot of rare disease expansions and they all want rare disease experience. It’s like biologics many years ago - higher demand than there is supply.

Misread that post, sorry. Your salary range was however on low end. Need to attract top talent. Relevent esperience an graduate degree desired but not necessary. Spelling fine !WTF? That’s basically what I said regarding starting salary for rare. I didn’t address high end. Your spelling is even worse than that of the other poster. Lol
I've got 8 years of Multiple Sclerosis experience with Genentech and Novartis. The Mix talent recruiter claims it's not a rare disease.... really? These recruiters are clueless.....
MS operates more like the Inflammatory disease space. Sorry, not the same despite what the MS companies may tell you while you are there.
At goal here see about 27.5k per qtr. Realistically you should do way more as everyone has been meeting the goal. Base already posted by others, about 250k at 3 year level.An8y idea what the bonus is? I'm currently at 16k a qtr at goal but typically in the 30-35k a qtr range. 8 years legit rare disease not just biologic experience. Current base is 215k. Might be interested in coming over if equity package is good. Current company just got bought and moving to a big pharma company so not sure what will happen.
What products are you doing that with at Acadia? At goal here see about 27.5k per qtr. Realistically you should do way more as everyone has been meeting the goal. Base already posted by others, about 250k at 3 year level.

Approval is imminent. Everyone here ramping up sales team NOW! This is the way it works here. Timing is everything in pharma. No time for slackers and fence sitters here !Huh I thought the product wasn't approved yet?

Hey you A Hole MS is NOT a rare disease!! It is a common malady and does NOT deserve high salary range. You must be a f'ing buffoon to think MS is "rare". Stop posting your BS !!!I'm talking about 'rare' disease not the type of disease. Headache, Cardiovascular, etc would be considered mass market. (A lot of patients). MS would be considered rare. (10 to 12k newly diagnosed patients per year.). I'm well aware MS is an inflammatory disease. Any space is learnable, it's the difference in how you identify patients, pull though, call points, HUBs, specialty pharmacies/IDNs, etc compared to what a mass market sale looks like that separate the two.. Master that, you can do rare disease...
