I don’t understand why companies continue to use mix, they are truly awful and have the most bias recruiters out therestrike one - they are using the slimiest of the slimy recruiting agencies "mix talent" for the rare disease opportunities.

dont know much about mix talent, but definitely curious at what Acadia is offering base salary-wise for this rare disease position?
company will treat this like specialty neuro. RSU package will be a joke. Don’t expect top tier comp
Mix is expert at helping their client company "check the box" by finding a variety of candidates, ie; different ages (older) races, genders, planets etc... they and Acadia will tell you you're a top candidate and that you'll hear from them in 10 days with a decision. But you never hear from them again. They have no common decency or manners, similar to much of today's disgraceful society, unfortunately. Then if the first candidate falls through, Mix will call you to interview again in order to "check their box", and they'll do the same thing over again. They're professional ghosters. I've heard this from several people.
They only ghost the rejects"professional ghosters" - perfect definition of that crappy excuse for an organization. just the absolute worst of the recruiters (and that's saying something)
Everyone in this industry knows that Mix is the garbage can of recruiting companies! Says a lot about a company who they use to select talent. I don’t want a 20 something with zero experience in the industry asking me irrelevant questions or passing on my resume because it doesn’t contain the buzz word they were taught to look for! Reputable companies use better recruiters and many have their own employed by the actual company.
