Quarterlies

As a manager for over 20 years I feel Elanco needs to put more thought into their management appointments. It is my goal to further each of my employees in their careers. What happened to managers who offer actual sales feedback? Where are the talented managers who take part in the sales call and are a value add themselves? We have slipped as a company and owe our sales reps more. My opinion.

I’m already tired of hearing “at Bayer we did it this way...” Here’s a news flash, Bayer no longer exists. And thanks for bringing over more dying products to add to our “innovative” portfolio.

Hi welcome to your online training. Please be prepared to learn about products that won’t sell, even on a good day. Please set aside 256 hours on your computer looking at a bunch of talking heads. Enjoy your breakout sessions wasting time on old, non innovative crap. If you are new- you will have a test. If you are old, you will have a test. Please be prepared for role plays next week in front of your districts. Your managers can’t help because they are fairly clueless. Be prepared to be in the field 5 days a week seeing your customers in the midst of a COVID crisis even if you have to wear a hazmat suit. Thank you
