So a mistake that it is unrelated to work should kill someone’s career. I certainly am not condoning drinking and driving, but I guarantee whoever wrote the above post has done it several times in their lives too.

So while Elanco Reps are interviewing against Bayer reps I am hearing that a manager has been calling a certain KAM to ask opinions on the current Elanco rep. But that KAM is talking- a lot. I find it unprofessional that any manager first off would even do that to begin with. Secondly for that manager to assume no one will talk is ignorant.

Without names/initials for those involved, it didn’t happen. Plus Elanco hasn’t had KAMs for close to two years now.
 






























No names? Yep, that’s what I thought. You made it all up.

I’m all for breaking balls on cafepharma, but when people are losing their jobs/livelihood, it’s time to reign in the shenanigans. If managers and reps are communicating inappropriately, it would be helpful to know who they are so others can steer clear of them in the future. So, if you still stand behind your story of this manager and KAM, please let us know who.
