Anyone else find the Q4 bonus to be crap?

They payout is crap because they changed the curve. They changed it and didn't tell us. I found out on Friday in my paystub. No communication. Our payout was manipulated.

We are now doing the jobs of:
Novartis
BI Reps
Aratana Reps
VetDc Reps
Bayer Reps

And our bonus target remains the same.I'm outta here

What payout curve? We never received one for the Q4 program. We were paid 120% of the 100% performance goal for a 108% (I think) performance. What were you expecting?
