Exactly. We have been lied to and continue to be lied to. My Rd’s phony enthusiasm is already cringe but when my zd gets on a teams call to “amp us up” I don’t know who I feel more embarrassed for. They sound so rehearsed it’s sad. They’re more focused on babysitting and controlling us and putting on a show that everything is always positive and exciting versus being transparent and actually trusting reps to receive less than positive news and still continue to work hard. Why can’t we all act like adults? My RD acts like a high school kid at a pep rally, it’s embarrassing. Every interaction I have with my RD or zd results in further loss of credibility in them. And before I get attacked, I have been a high performing rep for years and work hard and am determined. But continuously let down by “my” company.

Nope. Seems I’m not in the only fake zone. Far from motivating its actually doing the opposite. We just wanted to be treated as adults. Agreed it’s all about the Benjamins. Over the past 18 months Suoernus has gotten away with not no using reps with the promise of big paydays with 812. Now that it appears that day will never come, Supernus has a lot of explaining to do at our July POA’s.

I had a doctor ask me today if it takes 6 weeks for us to show maximum results how are we different from strattera? You can't answer how we are different and that's why the product is in free fall.

I take it you are referring to Medicaid coverage. What’s just as worse is we are giving the product away with our copay program for commercial patients and we still can’t get docs to put pen to pad.

The reps here at Supernus have a compensation package close to Primary Care. There are plenty of Primary Care companies looking to CNS experienced reps. If you knew what was good for you you’d shut your fuck.ng mouth.

Pharm companies pay amp up bonuses during a launch bc there are too many uncertainties at the very start. You may not know that as you’ve proven your ignorance in all of your posts. It’s not fair for reps to work just as hard and not reap the rewards just because a drug launches mid-quarter and there’s a certain learning curve for offices to adapt a new drug. Despite what you say we are all here to make money and we are in sales because we want to have direct impact on our take home.

Companies not hiring reps bc they worked at Supernus is just stupid and completely false. I’d say these reps are some of the most resilient in the business and have a lot to talk about that we’ve all had to overcome and yet we stay because we have a sense of loyalty and pride in what we do and are actually hopeful.
