Clearly you guys have nothing else better to do than waste your time talking about a company you know nothing about! I personally have seen so many people Proove results have been able to help. Proove is a great company to work for and or work with. They truly care about their employers just as much as they care about the people they are able to help. How many people have you helped today?..... This really hits home for me since I've literally seen patients in tears over how thankful they were to receive the results that helped them so much .For example, a young woman who was constantly given a pain medication that never worked for her the doctor insisted on trying until she received which acted as proof for what she said and found the exact medication to use. Until you have ever experienced anything like that I would keep my mouth shut! As it relates to the the internal employee things that's none of your concern. I am sure every job you have ever had or haven't had for that matter wasn't perfect. As you have noticed it is a fast growing company and quickly working out all the kinks.

Oh please stop crying you jerks. Proove will thrive. They are spreading the word all over the news. We will improve people's lives. All of the other post are true. Bunch of unhappy people. Bottom line if you want to keep your job at any workplace you keep your MOUTH SHUT!!!! And so your job, Easyyyy. If your tongue is making you sin, then cut it the good book says. And I will assure you that there is a good chance you will keep your job. Stupid people can't use their brains. Once again, keep your mouth shut stop whining about your jobs and go look elsewhere if you're not happy where you're at. There is no perfect job guys.

Well, I see nothing has changed here. Same old crap, same old company. Honestly, I am so surprised that Proove's doors are still open.
All I can say is RUN as fast as you can away. They are awful scandalous people.
 




The day I left is the day I got my life back. I will say this, I loved my job but the culture of that company was nothing short of dysfunctional. Thing to learn from this, if you hate it get out of there. You will be so much better off. They are not worth your stress and talent. They will most likely survive. Brian and Joe are good at what they do, conning people. I too believed in their BS for a long time. The problem is this: neither know how to coach a team and once they are frustrated they get rid of you. There is no chance of mentorship. So, unless you are one of the "founding fathers", the "original crew" you will not make it. They will get rid of you. AND for the record, Brian and Joe, I don't care if you know who this is. You all need to move on with your lives too. The only reason I'm on here is I have been getting calls from all of your disgruntled employees and doctors.

Stop complaining about your jobs or others.
For all of you former employees, move on there's a reason why you are not working there anymore. There is probably a bigger story behind that. It might be all the words that came out of your mouths.

If you hate your jobs so much then please LEAVE and find another job elsewhere. There is no Perfect job people. Grow up people. Act like normal adults and stop whining about your jobs it's irritating. If you guys are miserable it's because you choose to live in misery. We all have a choice. Proove is still a starting company. It takes time for a company sprouting from the ground to flourish. It takes time people. That's why proove is trying to hire amazing people with excellent backgrounds to make proove a great company to work for. The worst thing you can do at work is gossip and complain about your jobs. It gets you in trouble and when your bosses find out you eventually lose your job for a different motive just because you simply couldn't keep your mouths shut. At work, nobody is your friend , nobody nobody nobody.

Brian is not perfect. We are all human beings and we all make mistakes. That's why Brian is hiring bright people because he needs help bringing this company up and keep employees happy. Give people chances. And no this is not Brian or Joe talking for all of you people hating.
Former employees: you guys will find other jobs elsewhere and you will do well. Forget about proove. You can't change the past so just move forward guys. Life goes on. I wish all of you all the luck. Make it a good 2017. Let the past be.

I am searching proove website to find peer to peer reviews on the tests. Cannot find anything. Are there any validation studies?
 








Proove:

Review third party research, pull together the genes to be evaluated next door in the lab, assemble the best paying billing codes, create glossy marketing materials and insert test into their ‘research’ study. Convince doctor ‘partners’ to add each new test into the panel of tests that should be performed on all patients. Convince the medical office via the STANDING ORDER (run all these tests blindly each time on every patient). Charge thousands of dollars per test.

Pump out as many tests as possible. Are they validated and internal staff able to support the value of the test via all conventional means? Well let me remind you their MD, PHD. Chief Science Office QUIT on the spot over this issue. He suggested dramatic changes that Proove refused to implement. He was NOT willing to have his reputation TAINTED by remaining with Proove. Need I say more? Former staff have expressed some VERY scary comments in my opinion. Funny - NEVER a follow comment from Proove about their Chief Science Officer...are we wrong about why he left? Please let us know if he quit for ANY OTHER REASON. You will NEVER see them deny that he quit because he was NOT comfortable with Proove NOT implementing his scientific standards.


But hey…they have to live with the consequences of their way of doing business. If they can sleep at night..good for them. If the OIG, Medicare, FBI, SIU units, United Healthcare, Cigna, BCBS, attorney generals (Pam) and other agencies feel the Proove scientific and business model is ethical and medically reasonable after reviewing their documents, billing codes, scientific method than B and J will continue to collect more plastic trophies that Genevieve nominates them for…



None of Proove's tests are peer-reviewed or published. I think you can guess why.

Proove’s opioid risk test sales brochure cited two posters summarizing results of studies and prepared for scientific meetings as validation for the claim of 93 percent accuracy identifying patients “at risk for abusing opioids.” Neither had anything to do with genetics, however. When asked about the discrepancy, a surprised Meshkin called it a “freaking frustrating” mistake by a former marketing employee.

He then provided meeting posters that contained the relevant data.

STAT asked Samaan, Kreek, and Rockefeller University research professor Eduardo Butelman, an expert on opioids and addiction, to review the posters, and they cited serious methodological flaws that undermined Proove’s claims. Butelman said in an email that Proove failed to account for the sharp ethnic differences in genetic links to drug abuse.

The company’s founder, Alex Meshkin, had an unusual background that raised the hackles on my neck to say the least.

Publicly, Meshkin was a known serial entrepreneur whose history online reveals he also has a long history of serial entrepreneurial failures he would later spin in the press as successes.

One Bloomberg article from 2005 really summed it up, “A Wild Ride At NASCAR: How a whiz kid talked his way into owning a race team – – and then hit a wall.”

From there, I learned about Meshkin’s series of failures or missteps where he repeatedly failed to anticipate market realities while spending investors’ money. The company list included:

  • SurfBuzz.com – a now defunct website idea focused on paying website surfers fake money they can use to bid on real products like Porsches. The company reportedly closed after Meshkin and his brother ran out of the $3.5 million in seed money. That experience earned SurfBuzz.com a place in a “dot coms to dot bombs” list published in 2000. “The online auction site informed its customers that it ‘will no longer be operational nor continue to exist’, after burning through its cash.” However, publicly, Meshkin and his brother, then business partner, Brian Meshkin, later bragged the dot bust was a success that they sold to another company that was undisclosed.
