Pros

getting paid (for as long as the checks don't bounce)

Cons

1. Management is HORRIBLE, so so so unorganized
2. I've had 8 supervisors in a year period; seems like either they learn to much and leave or they are fired and it seems very fishy
3. Your title as a "research assistant" is really a sales rep; they could care less about the research and more on if you are hitting your quota and bringing in money
4. Seem to get a lot of pointless emails but as soon as you bri… ng up a concern about billing it's like a ghost town and suddenly no one can get back to you or gives you the run around
5. communication is seriously lacking
6. The way the bill is a scam; bill your insurance for one test today, and a month later bill for all the other tests (up to 7+ more on consecutive days)
7. did I mention how bad they are at communicating
8. CEO Brian set up a phone call with doctor (kissing butt call of course) and he never called!!! Doctor was pissed
9. Recently closed Maryland office, and were coaching us on what to say if people asked if Proove was going out of business which is probably only a matter of time
10. When i first started they offered compensation if you met your quota (again all they care about is how much money you bring in) but then they told us it had to be stopped because it was against research protocol to give out compensation for enrolling patients...then they start a president's club for free week long disney cruises that we were never told how it operates just that 2 people had received the cruises
11. Lastly, my favorite is that they were doing webinar "appreciation lunches". So you would call in from your clinic and hear headquarters eating their catered lunches. Great job of appreciating your money maker research assistantsShow Less

Oh please stop crying you jerks. Proove will thrive. They are spreading the word all over the news. We will improve people's lives. All of the other post are true. Bunch of unhappy people. Bottom line if you want to keep your job at any workplace you keep your MOUTH SHUT!!!! And so your job, Easyyyy. If your tongue is making you sin, then cut it the good book says. And I will assure you that there is a good chance you will keep your job. Stupid people can't use their brains. New business model that will not pay doctors, sales is supposed to sell the doctor on the science. LMAO-what science?

How many test results that have been given to patients are inaccurate?
Employees are careless, account supervisors are traveling and hooking up with co-workers and bragging about it. PATHETIC and GROSS-HR are you in the house? Maybe you should investigate this?

This is a horrible company and I cannot believe they continue to suck the health care industry for money.

As a previous employee of Proove, I agree that there has been a few alarming actions/decisions that the company has made. It's alarming how much employees has come and gone too from research assistants to supervisors to MD and of course the fact that they "released" a lot of their sales rep. However, the company has also done its share of positive things. I know for a fact that (of course not the CEO or Mr Mugshot) some of management people in corporate genuinely does really care about others and will do the right things and not just go to work to make the small amount of money that Proove pays them. These are the kind of workers this company should value. In a sense all companies will have the good and the bad current or previous employees.
