PIPs already?!

Yeah, if you are below average there is no way to get to average as then the average rises.....it is also near impossible to do it in 30 days. Definitely, layoff in disguise.....wrongful termination lawsuits anyone?
At will employee. The crying here is incredible. The lack of understanding of how a business works is unreal. How can you pay for reps that don’t produce? Janitor application anyone?

IT here; we can't and won't track shit. Maybe you should track your prescriptions as it would probably help with your lack of performance. I won't see you in Greece, but I promise I will be there in spirit laughing at your sad soul.
we can’t track prescriptions fuck-tard because they won’t give reps the data! Haven’t you been reading?

As they should. How long do we wait and pay for complete incompetence.
Ok Mr.High Horse, who is semi successful only because you called on the same accounts years before this job. So you got your RX’s and early start ….knock off the arrogance. You aren’t doing any thing different than the rest of us.
We know who you are.

Stop it! Get your severance bc this shit is crazy. Did you have any prior documented issues? Or out of the blue?
No. It was right out of the blue. My manager told me at the end of the day let's go to Starbucks and debrief. She pulled the PIP paperwork right out of her backpack. I felt like crying, but I was in public. My manager told me it would be best to get my resume updated and start looking. She said the company is designing these PIPS so that nobody can recover from them. She said she fully expects to get put on a PIP soon herself. The company wants to start next year with a significant number of reps and managers fired without severence to save money.

This really happened. The good news is that I now have an interview next week for a better job.

So no, it didn’t. If HR was not with you, then you are nothing but an ugly ass troll. Run away little one!

INVESTORS convince Phathom to buy the data. 50-75% of prescriptions wrote aren’t filled and reps can’t save them if they don’t know right away when they’re wrote. Putting managers and reps on PIPs and firing them 10 months into launch won’t make this company profitable, it is ruining morale and will lead to talent leaving and will take months to fill those positions and train new employees.

Buy the data and give us a chance to be successful. Most managers and reps are investing in the company, we want it to be successful and extremely profitable!!

WHO HAS A CALL TODAY?
This is exactly the right way forward. There are not many times rep has legal right, or even a legal defense… but this company has lied, manipulated data, issued performance initiatives without naming the goal/ quota. However, there is a huge ethical problem, and possible infractions…bc they are basing compensation off TRX, and from what I gather, most all territories have double digit rx’s denied by Blink-multiple offices have reported. As a physician, I am privy to lots of gossip…I personally can say without hesitation, my nurse and myself have had 19 patients get denied rx with PPO managed care. Phathom is blatantly lying, and for me it’s upsetting because I think the drug has strong efficacy, and works well for patients that haven’t seen symptoms reduced until 3-5 days into a stock bottle.

A physician weighs in with intimate knowledge.

If all this is true, and they are firing over performance based reasons, without a definitive plan…100’s of .rx’s are not be approved on commercial ins… this is a big fat class action lawsuit against Phathom if the affected employees conglomerate would purpose “ power in numbers “ group and bring in a big atty … the hatred for big pharma is real and prevalent ….I think there is a wrongful termination case against them in the making, and I know the mismanagement of rx’s and lies regarding everything….,
