PIPs already?!

Care to elaborate?
Your job is so great that you're hanging around this thread after hours? Tell me more rat boy...
Intelligent people are in short supply, and if I were a gambler I’d have to go all in on the Bigger Daddy and the exponentially higher grasp of the English language, but I’m just a confused unemployed single mom with no clue how to decide if I’m making the wrong decision by continuing on with the next interview or should I just remove myself from this possible waste of time. Thoughts anyone?

You know what … why are you on here anyway? You are such a great person getting on here messing with people that take their job seriously. You really just need to tear people down that are losing their jobs? It is people like YOU that people secretly hate! I know nothing but kindness toward others. YOU were clearly RAISED WRONG. YOU are what is wrong with humanity!!!! You are the narcissist that only thinks of themselves. I had a child diagnosed with cancer this year!!! It has rocked my world. You probably aren’t capable of family, but NO ONE is going stand you for tearing people down on this page. So take a hike. You are less than human. YOU ARE A BULLY. You are exactly the type of person we raise our children NOT to be. Congratulations. May you rot in hell

Does anyone else care to weigh in?
No. I will pass. Best of luck snowflake.

The media lol. Pfizer lays off of ppl every year and the stock price goes up and not a single outcry happens in the media. Major investors manage 100s of billions. Come on man. We reps are irrelevant to investment managers. They care about profit.
Majority of CEO pay is tied to stock price YoY sooo wouldn’t be shocked if that’s part of the plan.
Sorry to hear about those in Pips..that does suck so close to holidays.
If Pfizer had laid off 25% of their reps during Viagra launch it would’ve been huge red flag to investors. This launch is not going well and we all know it. Company can’t afford to keep losing millions each quarter. 300 reps is 200 too many.

No I think you just don’t understand. They’re tanking. In the red & so they have to get lean. They’ve put people on a PIP so they DONT HAVE TO ANNOUNCE IT as a layoff. Get it?

Whoever said 80 is misinformed…It is a little more than 20 people on PiPs

When a managers job is on the line, and they suddenly begin to treat their employees poorly, it is a clear sign that they are NOT management quality, nor the decent person we initially found them to be.

And then people leave
