I'm so glad I did not apply to this company and leave my great job. I was contacted by a recruiter and just said no to this year 2000 me too drug. There are so many generic PPI's out there that do the exact same thing. I smelled a rat from the beginning and doged a major bullet to my career.

Phathom has been ridiculously mismanaged. Leadership malaise is rampant, comparing territories by total rx in markets where affluent demographics clearly have the advantage over more rural territories that have only had 10 months 60+ % Medicare with no coverage and pre authorization requirements… seasoned talent….with track records of success are being fucked over!
I’m no longer in pharma bc of this bullshit, but have the inkling to sit down with one of this self serving pussy managers in an interview setting… bc although being humble is not only my choice it’s my personality.
In the words of a founding father of a great organization once said “ remain humble until or unless necessity compels you to humble another.

The JOE SMO’s that speak from both sides of their mouth, are not going to get away with being little bitches, that think they are entitled and immune .
-PS if your name is Joe by coincidence, or Psych Mike “ super south lake fake” you bitches haven’t changed a bit ….
