I agree on the speakers. Interesting on Blink bc that’s where I’m pushing everything- maybe that part of the issue. I appreciate the help. So what kind of pharmacy are they using? And how is that working ?

You know what? I applied and was interviewed for an opportunity in my area. I thought it would be a great drug because SO MANY PEOPLE SUFFER FROM GERD THAT IS REFRACTORY TO PROTON PUMP INHIBITORS> In fact, I got a better offer but bought the stock. I'm not unhappy with the performance to date of the stock, everyone knows it takes a year Plus to determine if the launch was successful. Since I AM A SHAREHOLDER, PLEASE QUIT! If you can't cut the bacon, get out of the kitchen! LEAVE PLEASE! A FRIEND IN THE INDUSTRY WHO BLEW PAST YOU IN MY NEW BASE SALARY

I rarely listen or believe anything that comes from someone that has to use all caps excessively in order to make a point. Someone didn’t quite learn how to use words effectively.
 








I am so angry at myself for my poor decision to join this company to launch a novel product, believing the lies they sold during hiring process. Worse then big pharma if possible. Where are our leaders? The silence is deafening. Behind the big green curtain?

My experience is the exact opposite. Either your manager sucks or you suck. Would never go back to big pharma after being here at phathom.
 








Phathom commercial is fun by big Pharma minds. They don't know biotech, nor small simple Pharma.

Don't let the fact that some Celgene people are here fool you. They weren't involved in the Otezla success. They were too high up to make a difference. The Otezla miracle was made by a Cowboy from West Texas that knew how to create performance based cultures and a CEO who protected him long enough from the big Pharma minds to get the job done. The sales force made Otezla and the sales force was 100% a product of the cowboy.

None of those people are around here.

The best we got was Joe and he's done all he can from an HR/Benefits side, but the rest of the show is all big Pharma: measure, measure, measure. Couldn't sell water in the Sahara.

No job is perfect, but working at Phathom has been great so far. My manager and teammates are cool and Voquezna is an awesome drug. Multiple doctors that have put patients on it have told me that patient feedback has been very good to excellent.

If you don't like working here, you probably shouldn't work in pharma because it's a pretty good gig.
