I am so angry at myself for my poor decision to join this company to launch a novel product, believing the lies they sold during hiring process. Worse then big pharma if possible. Where are our leaders? The silence is deafening. Behind the big green curtain?

50 Rx for a Q2 bonus….

The 50 Trx's minimum wasn't a smart move during a launch. 3/4 of the reps won't hit it and will affect morale.

Bingo! Salesforce needs to remain excited and positive. Morale is being completely crushed by horrible decisions. Once a salesforce loses it’s spark, and hopes of a positive culture that it was promised, it is hard to reingage.

I’m fine with having that as the ‘goal’ , but to have to hit ‘goal’ to make any money at all is insane and demotivating. Makes me think we are in serious financial trouble and prompting me to look.

Completely agree. This issue is at the pharmacy level. We can’t get the rx’s filled & we have no insight.

Speak for yourself. Try doing it in a rural territory with no KOL, no study sites and no access. How they can have every territory have the same goal but be in a different bucket is beyond me.

Great drug. Easy to sell. The problem is getting it in the patients hands. Not new to us. It’s a pharma problem period.
